Wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for first-degree murder
John BOULACHANIS is wanted for first degree murder committed in 1997. John, along with an accomplice, executed the victim and buried him. The body was discovered in 2001 at which time the accomplice was arrested and convicted. John was seen in the USA after the murder although his current whereabouts remain unknown.
