DeBakker must abide by several conditions, specifically;
- not attend any areas known to be connected to the Sex Trade Industry.
- not own, possess, carry on your person or have in your place of residence any firearm, cross-bow, prohibited weapon, restricted weapons prohibited device, ammunition, prohibited ammunition or explosive substance, or all such things including any knives
WTF!

she thinks that she did nothing wrong. i read the article quickly but i thought it said that her and her busband only got 3 years for sexually torturing a woman for 13 hours in their home?!? they strangled her, led her around with a leash like a dog, did things to her that are unimaginable and held her head under water in the tub and they only got 3 years? something is deffinately wrong with the justice system. that's absurd!!!!! she even threatened the victim on her way out after she was sentenced!!!!

She is living in Okotoks, where exactly is that? Then she is moving to Calgary apparently.

Okotoks is on the outskirts of Calgary. I have only been here a year and have not been to Okotoks as of yet but I was told it's maybe a half hour drive from where I am. While I was searching for links about Canadian stories of kid killers, I came across this link about female sex offenders. Interesting... www.vaonline.org/vls6.html

Released October, 2004.
How many people has she hurt before and was not caught for? What is she doing now that she has been released? Is she with that violent partner abusing sex trade workers?
Who in the sex trade has gone missing in Alberta since Oct, of last year? DeBakker does not want to go back to prison so whoever she abuses next, she won't let them get away to tell about it.

There have been quite a few sex trade workers missing and/or dead here in Alberta since last October, but most are from Edmonton.
I tried to run a search on Rutherford but nothing came up. My feeling is that he is probably still locked up or they probably would have given the media information of his release at the same time they did her. But then again it's hard to say for sure.

JMHO.
